There was a patch today. There are some minor tweaks and stuff but for me, the best addition is the new Competition playlist. It has no killstreaks, no noob tubes, no second chance, no equipment and no bullshit. Just me, my M60 and Ninja Pro. Oh, and friendly fire.
It's actually quite refreshing. No spy planes, no RCXD's and no second chance means I have more room to be completely savage with my trusty LMG. I did very well in a capture the flag match and a search and destroy.
I then went back to regular TDM for a while and I was pretty good for a bit but as I got more tired, I just got worse and worse.
