I didn't spend much time playing video games last night, but I still managed a few Rocket League matches, and it felt great! I was pretty average, not scoring tons of goals and missing the ball quite a bit, but still making decent plays.
At one point, I got a message from one of my Steam friends, Razzor, who wanted to play a couple of matches with me, so we paired up and did some 2v2 together. We actually played pretty well, but we got matched against some highly skilled players. One guy in particular was absolutely amazing at aerial shots, and from anywhere on the fucking field. He was a really tough player to compete with. We still did well, but we didn't win much.
