Well, nothing special here. I ran SM Cathedral and got Whitemane's Chapeau, a nice 10 item level upgrade for me. I'm also really liking this lightwell thing. It's not super useful yet because the instances I ran were all fairly easy in terms of healing but I can see it being a life saver in tougher dungeons.
Again though, it seems difficult to get people to click it. I made a macro that says "Lightwell is up, click it for free heals!". It's not perfect but it seems to help.
